Michael Pruitt

With the purchase or sale of a home being the most important investment most people make, Michael has several years of real estate experience to make the process as seamless and trouble free as possible.  He began his real estate career in 2014 and quickly became a top producing agent in his office.  He has remained a top producing Realtor each year he has been in the business while also serving on the Bristol TN/VA Association of Realtors Board of Directors, serving two terms as the BTVAR President and now serving as a Director/Shareholder for the TN/VA MLS Board of Directors.  

Michael is a multi-award winning Realtor, has twice been selected as Realtor of The Year and has been awarded Bristol Herald Courier's "People's Choice" award winner.  Michael also enjoys teaching and mentoring other agents and serving on several real estate and public service committees.

Born and raised in Abingdon, VA and now a resident of Bristol, VA, Michael has a broad knowledge as to what Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee have

to offer.  He enjoys working with people when they are navigating stressful situations so that he can take that burden from his clients and help them into the next chapter of their stories.  Michael knows the ever changing real estate market very well and can advise his clients on drafting the most appealing offers for his buyers and creating the most attractive advertising plan for his sellers to get their homes sold quickly, at the best price and with ease.
